✉️ The Vision Email: Vision Mapping (Mini Edition)
A tiny, soulful roadmap for your email practice in 2026.
Write less. Connect more. Convert better.
✋ Pause. Breathe. Zoom Out.
We’re mid-week. Mid-month. Mid-magic.
You’ve been visioning. Journaling. Naming what matters.
But maybe now, your brain is getting a little full. 🧠✨
You’ve got 87 sticky notes.
Two content ideas scribbled on a receipt.
A Notion page with the words “EMAIL VISION, BIG VIBES” at the top... and nothing underneath.
Let’s fix that.
Today, I want to offer you a Mini Vision Map — a gentle 5-part framework to anchor your sustainable flow for the year ahead.
No overwhelm.
No all-or-nothing planning.
Just one beautiful, on-brand rhythm you can actually keep.
🧭 What’s a Vision Map?
Think of it like a blueprint for your email practice — only softer.
More like watercolor than blueprint, actually.
It’s a zoomed-out sketch of:
· Who you’re talking to
· What you’re saying
· When you’re saying it
· How you’ll say it with ease
· And why it matters
No funnels. No fancy jargon.
Just clarity you can come back to when life gets noisy.
🌿 Why a Mini Version?
Because most creative solopreneurs don’t need a 40-page content strategy.
They need a place to land their ideas — and turn them into action.
This is that place.
So grab a pen. Or open a new page in Notion. Or light a candle and stare off into space while you think (I won’t judge).
Let’s map your 2026 email vision.
🗺️ VISION MAP: MINI EDITION (5 Steps)
✍️ 1. WHO: The Person You’re Writing To
Let’s ground this first.
You’re not writing to “my list.”
You’re writing to a person — a real, breathing, craving-simplicity human.
📌 Who is your dream subscriber?
Try describing her like this:
· Her name is __________
· She’s craving __________
· She’s tired of __________
· She wants __________
· She’s looking for someone who __________
Example:
Her name is Lena.
She’s craving momentum without burnout.
She’s tired of yelling into the void.
She wants clients who find her through her words.
She’s looking for someone who will see her — and help her be seen.
That’s who you’re writing to. Every time.
🧠 2. MESSAGE: What You Want to Say All Year Long
Don’t overcomplicate this.
You don’t need 52 themes.
You need 1–3 messages that weave through everything you send.
📌 What are the core things you want to remind your reader of, over and over?
Here are some examples:
· “You don’t need to hustle to sell.”
· “Your story is your strategy.”
· “Flow beats force.”
· “You’re not too much — you’re a lot of magic.”
· “Simplicity scales.”
These are your email anchors. Repeat them. Let them echo.
🗓️ 3. RHYTHM: When and How Often You’ll Write
Let’s talk frequency — but in your language.
Not “what the algorithm says.”
Not “what XYZ coach recommends.”
📌 Ask yourself:
· What’s a writing rhythm I could actually sustain for 90 days?
· When do I naturally have the energy to write?
· Do I need space built in for batching, breaks, or creativity?
Examples:
· “I’ll write two emails per month, every other Tuesday.”
· “I’ll send three per month, using story → tip → offer.”
· “I’ll batch 2 at a time, on the first Friday of the month.”
Set it. Try it. Adjust as needed.
🛠️ 4. SYSTEMS: What Will Support This Flow?
No shame if you’ve ghosted your list before.
It’s probably not a discipline problem. It’s a systems one.
Let’s fix that now — lightly.
📌 What are 2–3 supports you can put in place to make emailing easier?
Try these:
· Use 3 repeatable templates (Connection / Value / Soft Sell)
· Create a folder called “Emails Ready to Send”
· Hire a VA for 2 hrs/month to format and schedule
· Block batching time on your calendar now
· Recycle old emails as Instagram posts or Reels
Set it up once. Let it serve you all year.
🧠 5. WHY: What You Want These Emails to Do
This is where your strategy meets your soul.
📌 Ask yourself: Why am I writing these emails at all?
· To build trust before launching?
· To nurture long-term visibility?
· To stay connected in between seasons?
· To share what I believe, even when I’m not selling?
Your “why” will carry you through the quiet weeks.
Through the unsubscribes.
Through the “did anyone even open that?” moments.
Hold it close.
